Volunteers
Volunteers play a very important role throughout the event.
They will provide a variety of services and are fundamental for the success of the event.
The organizing committee, as a first approximation, has identified at least 500 volunteers necessary for the event and they will be appropriately selected, preferably among the university students of Salerno, Campania and, if possible, even from some European universities.
Volunteers will be selected as a first approximati on on the basis of the functi ons shown in the following scheme which may be varied and integrated, from time to time, based on the unexpected needs and occurrences aimed at the success of the event.
The team of volunteers will be led by personnel with specific experience, in other regional, national and international events or activities, in human resource management.
The Organizing Committee of the EUG SALERNO 2026 in collaboration with the European University Sports Association (EUSA), offers students and athletes the opportunity to actively participate in the sporting event as volunteers.
The main objective of the program is to offer young students and athletes and anyone interested in organizing sporting events the opportunity to live a unique adventure, through which they can learn the values of sport, gain valuable work experience, express their creativity and enjoy everything that the Championship, as a crossroads of cultures and people, can offer.
